The rent will stay at my rent rate, $435 per month. It is currently unfurnished, but if you wish to have the room furnished, the landlord has agreed to furnish the room at no extra cost. You would receive a full sized bed with frame, dresser, night-stands, and a desk. Move-in can be either December or January; If you decide to move in during December, the month will already be paid for and will be free for you. Utilities, internet, cable, washer and dryer included. You will have the option of renewing the lease for the next year. This lease take-over applies from Dec '09 to July '10. Ten minute walk to campus/downtown. Includes pool, tanning beds, basketball court & volleyball court, firepit, computer and fitness centers. Open to both males and females. Looking for a roommate who can or does live in the Warner Robins Area, and who is preferrably a Christian...I am a single father of three wonderful children, a Soldier in the U.S. Army, and a Police officer. I have my children every other week, except for when i am shipped out of course. I WILL REQUIRE A BACKGROUND CHECK FOR ANY POTENTIAL ROOMMATE, I WILL NOT ACCEPT APPLICANTS WITH ANY ARRESTS OR CONVICTIONS MISD. OR FEL. NO EXCEPTIONS! No Drugs or Alcohol will be tolerated period! yes this includes marijuana, outside smoking is o.k. providing you pick up your butts.Part of the rent will include utilities and rent only I have a 4 bedroom apartment, which in this area is a duplex. There is a large backyard for kids to play if you have any, and a good sized front yard. I live in a very quiet neighborhood inside of a gated community,which is regularly patrolled by WR PD and 4 courtesy officers that live on the property so it is also a very safe place to live as well.
